A new research said that having more than a cup of coffee daily is associated to a 22 to 25 percent lower stroke risk.
The study also said that low or no coffee intake is linked with an augmented stroke risk.
The research, which has been conducted on 34,670 females aged between 49 to 83 years, discovered this after the scientists followed the study partakers for an average 10.4 years.
They detected that females who consumed more than a cup of coffee daily witnessed their stroke threat declined by between 20 to 25% as compared to those who consumed little or none.
